1. Return Policy
– You can return any product within **7 days** of receiving your order, provided that:
– The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
– The product is in the same condition as you received it.
– **Non-returnable items:** Certain items, cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Refund Policy
– Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
– If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund may take **5-7 business days** to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, **sale items** cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.
